Non-Customized Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Customized Items: Because these are made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
Note: Processing times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

2. Shipping Costs
Within Canada and the United States
Orders of 50 CAD or more: Free Shipping.
Orders below 50 CAD: A flat shipping fee of 9.99 CAD applies.


International Orders
Orders of 90 CAD or more: Free Shipping.
Orders below 90 CAD: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.


3. Shipping Times


Within Canada
Estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

To the United States
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days, depending on customs processing and courier services.
