We accept returns for non-customized items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Customized Items
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of customized items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take great care to ensure your custom order meets your expectations, so please double-check all details when placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether through a replacement or refund.
